A. We ship from our partnered warehouses in the US for Domestic customers, France, Russia and China for international orders based on proximity of customer to our factories. We ship from multiple warehouses to ensure quickest shipping possible. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 3-20 business days for all orders to arrive depending on location. Shipping times vary based on customer proximity and from product to product. Demand and shipping location may also affect times.
Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?
A. It will take usually up to 24-76 hours on business days. In peak seasons, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.
